Mezze Restaurants partnered with 6Stars across two separate projects.
First, we launched Mezze Thornbury in October 2024 by renovating an existing restaurant space and transforming it into a new Mezze brand location. Months later, on 12 May 2025, we led the full refurbishment and reopening campaign for their established Mezze Downend location. Each project required a tailored strategy, but both followed the same 6Stars multi-channel framework.
Most marketing agencies would have picked one and ignored the other. We built a single, unified multi-channel strategy that tackled both using social media, Meta ads, email, SMS, WiFi data capture, a loyalty app, local SEO, press outreach, and door-to-door leaflets. All channels worked together as one system.
The result across both projects included 250,000 opening-month views for Thornbury, 324,000+ people reached during the Downend renovation campaign, 400+ loyalty app downloads, two local press features, and £20,000 additional revenue in the first month after the Downend reopening.
